It provides step-by-step guidance for the successful implementation of SIYB in a given context, covering the following topics: assessing the market for SIYB; selecting partner organizations; developing Trainers and Master Trainers; accessing and adapting materials; entrepreneur-level training implementation; monitoring and evaluation; and planning for sustainability. It also serves as a refresher on the international standards applied to SIYB.
